The reception in Spazio Cairoli is the Organizing Secretariat of your event. It's responsible for the overall staff coordination: hostess, conference assistants, multilingual support, security, in addition to the cleaning staff, catering and other ancillary services. All services and staff can be provided by our location.


Our staff deal with the guest of your Events held in Spazio Cairoli. We contact the participants, inform them about the Event and care of all their personal needs.
